    • Drop-In Archery Education Program ages 8 and up!

    For anyone who would like to try shooting a bow we have an introduction to archery class held every Thursday. This program is for people who would like to try out archery without having to buy equipment. We have Genesis compound bows, recurve bows and long bows to try out. We emphasize safety, safety, fun, and safety.  The cost is $5.00 which helps to cover the cost of maintaining the equipment and use of the members range.

    Effective April 4, 2013 we will switch to two sessions per week. Our new hours will be 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm for the first session & 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm for the second session. For safety reasons we will have to limit each session to a maximum of 30 active participants. Sessions are filled on a first come first served basis.  Parent or guardian must be present for all children under 18.

    We have a brief safety presentation for anyone who is new to archery or the Skookum range. These safety presentations will start promptly at 6:00 & 7:30, please plan to arrive early so you can get signed up before they start. You will not be allowed to shoot until you have attended the safety course.  Once the safety presentation has started we will not accept any additional shooters for that session.
